News about the firm's excellent services spread quickly, and our new venture flourished despite a recession. And those first clients? They have stayed with us because we help their business thrive.
Today, we have stayed close to our roots, and our clients are the most successful, innovative, and biggest-hearted organizations in the world. We remain a boutique firm of associated consultants, still led by Nadine Greiner, Ph.D.. We provide advisory, consulting, and coaching services to meet companies' business objectives.
We provide the full range of contemporary organization development consulting services. These include individual and team assessment, executive coaching, workforce performance optimization, retreats, succession planning, talent selection, interim leadership, special projects, training, and mediation. All consultants are personable and outgoing, relating equally well at all levels in our clients’ organizations.

ABOUT DR. NADINE GREINER
Nadine Greiner, Ph.D. is an expert on executive experience and effectiveness.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of On Target Solutions, and is an executive coach and human resources consultant in San Francisco, California. Nadine first served as the CEO of a healthcare company at the age of 38, so she understands first-hand what it takes to be a successful executive. She knows her clients' and readers' joys and challenges in an intimate way, which accelerates results for clients.
Dr. Greiner's clients also benefit from the highest level of advanced education on the services she provides and writes about: She holds a dual Ph.D. in Organization Development and Clinical Psychology (earned at the age of 25), is a certified Change Leader, Mediator, and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. In addition to coaching and consulting with her clients, Dr. Greiner speaks at events, helps other coaches and consultants, and teaches in postgraduate programs globally.

On a personal note, Nadine is dedicated to animal welfare and has fostered, rehabilitated, and trained thousands of cats and dogs. This is why she donates 20% of the DrNadine profits to animal welfare. Nadine stays fit by running after them, as well as joining the dance party with her friends at Zumba.
One Dr. Nadine's lesser-known goals is to make executive coaching more accessible to all with a reality TV show called "Manager Makeover" (similar to the Netflix show "Queer Eye" or "Tidying up with Marie Kondo").
