The Irvine Foundation is a grant-making organization enhancing the social,
economic, and physical quality of life of Californians.
Sole HR person, change agent through strategic planning process,
reporting to the Chief Investment Officer & Treasurer.

 Rebuilt HR function.  Reengineered the processes and interface between
Finance, Operations, and HR to be seamless.
 Orchestrated a 20% RIF including C-level executives.  Recruited and
oriented key hires to meet new grant-making goals.
 Resolved several sensitive, high-level, costly employee relations issues
including mediation, settlements, and succession.
 Led the re-architecture and implementation of 25% cheaper benefits
package, including online benefits management.
