Head of HR, leading the 25-employee HR function to achieve service excellence, reporting to the SVP of Operations. Led the creation of HR and management strategies with CEO and executive team, defined role and positioning of HR. Rebuilt and reorganized HR team, tools, and processes, to enable new corporate goals.
